Alright, so how does this process work?
It's easy! You call, text, or message us. We assess the problem, recommend a service, and provide a quote. You book the service at a time that's convenient for you. We show up at your appointment time with shoe covers, masks, and a friendly attitude equipped with of all the tools necessary to complete the repair.
How much do your services cost?
You may be wondering if you should expect to pay a premium when it comes to quality service that comes to you. We're happy to answer: no! You shouldn't expect to! Being a fully mobile operation with no brick & mortar location makes for much less overhead on our end, which is how we can keep our prices competitive without sacrificing quality or convenience.
How far do you travel?
We're based in Ocean County, New Jersey, and service most of Monmouth, Burlington, and Atlantic County as well. For jobs outside of this region, we will adjust our prices with a service fee of $0.50 per mile.
Are there any devices you can't repair?
We are unable to fix issues that must be addressed by service providers, such as cable TV connections or mobile phone cellular service issues. Sometimes, we may recommend against performing a repair that would void the warranty for a product that is still under the manufacturer's warranty (In this case, the choice is still up to you. We'll just let you know.) Under no circumstance can we service devices that are suspected to be stolen.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Credit, Check, as well as electronic payments such as Venmo, Paypal, and Cashapp can all be used to pay for our services.
